2Pac easily. Biggie was better lyrically, and his story-telling ability was more vivid than Pac's was. But Pac was more diverse overall, and his subject matter was more relevent to a wider scope of people. Plus, Pac rapped with more emotion than Big did. Pac was THE king when it came to writing deep songs. Biggie blew up quicker than Pac did, but Pac has more classic material overall [alot more]. So, my vote goes to Pac. But I think this is a much better comparison than Snoop.....Biggie and Pac were both head and shoulders above Snoop.
