black music = jazz and shit

black youth = young black people

alright thats what i thought until i saw jazz and r&b under "urban"

I call it Rap music or R&B, and if you're young, and live in an urban setting, I guess you'd be an urban youth.

urban doesnt just mean black... it covers all cultures..

kinda of like  how a MOBO award can go to a white person

(MOBO = music of black origin)..
