It works if you do it well enough. plus in this case there's enough surrounding any investigation that we would recognize names that are already being investigated vs. bullshit random arabs. Plus, genitalia isn't considered enough in torture, if a man goes for my balls with a knife, i'm giving him what he wants.

I would say that the government should take a learning approach to terrorists. If you can study their ways of thinking you can make them break without the use of torture.

I'm a totally non-violent person, so I'd let the courts decide.  But that's only if they're black, latino, Asian, etc.  If they were a cracker, I'd force them to be MY slave and then I'd send them to the plantation to grow my product.  The thought of whipping devils and shouting at them to work harder until they collapse from exhaustion and die is an appealing one. ;D
