Audition. The sickest movie I have ever seen

On The Edge of Insanity:
Its an amazing film to me. Just draws you in, thinking it's just gonna be some kind of romantic thing, and then suddenly, from the time the bag in the girls apartment moves (you jump!), and you realise there is a bloke inside it all just goes mad from that point on. Actually, compared to most of Takashi Miike's other films Audition is kinda sane.
