WTF!  :o   Is this for real!!!!???? 

If it is muthafuckers should be checken to c if this shit passes! Cus there could be sum shit on Pac the gov knows dat we dont, and it'd b good to c the monitoring and serveillance shit they had of him, etc

I'm not surprised they were didng surveilance on him, with all the unflattering remarks he has said about various politicians. I'd definitely be interested to see what they have on him and what they know about his death.

actually most legislation that's passed is "commemorative" legislation (honoring particular people, passing proclomations about individuals, etc.), so its entirely possible that it has a chance depending on how its worded and sold to everyone.
