It has a lot of great ideas that were revolutionary at the time, I'll give you that.  Unfortunately, it's also a bit hypocritical and, in light of modern times, outdated.  It's a great framework for this country, yes, but it's the beginning, not the end, of American legal and societal framework.  It can always be improved (and it has been, over time) and still needs improvements in some area (ditch the 2nd Amendment, for example).
