This guy from New York was bashing the shit out of my music, so I went and turned on Tha Dogg Pound's "New York, New York" and he shut the fuck up after I did that. Funny thing is, he is from QB and he is 27, but has never heard of Screwball. I should have slapped him right then and there.

southern shit is real popular in new york for some reason now.  that southern shit isn't lyrical at all.  so i'm not so sure you need someone lyrical to do it.

That's just because it's hot as a style..but most typical rap heads in NY, mainly the 16-25 black male crowd, still don't like much southern rap. They only like the beats to it
