DL Hughley is the one that really makes the whole white guys seem like pussies, Chappelle only does it a few times.  Chappelle shines at amazing comedic storytelling with some out of nowhere type of situations.  From a stand up comic way of seeing it, Chappellle is near a legend while Mencia is just ur average ballsy comic.
