Yeah Rugby players are pretty tough I admit. But NFL players are twice as big, twice as strong, and twice as fast. If they didn't wear helmets and pads people would DIE from some of those hits.

I don't think you have ever seen an NFL football game. The players are as strong as world class weightlifters and have the speed of track stars. They are the best athletes in America. They would destroy Rugby players.
Europeans could not compete with them.
