This is what Raptors broadcaster Chuck Swirsky had to say about the quote Phil Jackson made about Chris Bosh:

Chuck: I think Raptor Nation needs to chill. He's under contract for two more years after this season. In two years the Raptors will have cap room to take care of business and to add draft choices. I think Chris has a tremendous situation here in Toronto. The grass is NOT necessarily greener or better on the other side. The fans love him. This is his team. As far as Jackson is concerned, please don't get me started. He knew exactly what he was doing planting a seed hoping that Bosh takes notice of the fact the Lakers would come a callin' down the road. Good night Mr. Jackson. Funny, did Jackson talk about Dwyane Wade in Miami, LeBron James in Cleveland or T.J. Ford in Milwaukee? No. Why, Toronto? Beacuse it 's a bad team? Because it's a Canadian market? Give me a break.

An NBA Coach can't say "I'll like to sign this player when he becomes a free agent". If he does,The team will get fined
