what's DMX in jail for?? For claiming to retire and then claim to drop another album and then not dropping it?

nah, drivin problems lol; like 3 separate drivin issues; and then an additonal 10 days for not showin up court or sumthin, also he had a doc's note for why he coldnt make it.
