2 Cast Members from SNL.  Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell.  Samberg was just hired as a feature player this last season, they were discovered on the web by Fallon who recommended them to SNL, pretty cool eh?  You can check out their website www.thelonelyisland.com for stuff they made before they were on SNL
