They're using the bare instrumental in Hot Dollar's re-release - no 2Pac "All Eyes On Me" sample. That was one of the best parts in the song. Shame that Jermaine Dupri had to take it out.

And first off - it's produced by Scoop DeVille, son of Chicano rapper Frost.
