The only thing that caught my eye is "Still DRE (Compton Remix)"...Basically this is just some bullshit put together too make money...Half of the shit isn't even NWA...
-
yeah, but its same as the original 'legacy' set which had stuff like Daz on it.
there is more NWA related stuff on this one than on the first volume.
p.s.
i never bought the Next Friday soundtrack (i have chin check on vinyl) and i didnt cop cube's album either. so i'll be happy to have em in one place
-
Shame I got most of it.
What happened to 100miles and... ?
-
see Greatest Hits.
the theme of the compilation is acts and songs derived from the original NWA.

The magazine ad also says that Bad Azz, Ant Banks, D.O.C., and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony will also feature on the album?
-
fo real!?? ... hmm maybe whoever posted this up where i got it from fucked up
-
yea I just got this XXL mag yesterday...Its the 5th anniversary issue some queer from Cash Money on the cover. But in the NWA ad it also says the release date is August 27, 2002, and it says all the featurings for the album aswell.
-
Nothing special. Vol. 1 is way better...
-
im suprised to see real muthafuckin gz on the list....
-
I won't be buying it. I already heard or own all the songs with the exception of 2 or 3 that I can just download.
-

I have all that shit expect for the Compton remix and I won't buy an album for 1 remix

they are not the same. The version on RR&GB is sort of censored. The one on nwa legacy has "harder" lyrics.

I had the legacy CD way before RR&GB, wondered why i knew some tracks on RR&GB when i copped it. now remember tripping over the lyrics at some point. (yeah i rap-a-long a lot - lol)
will holla back later tonight.

even though the lyrics are harder on this version, the version on RR&GB daz's flow is better
(editted: RR&GB = Retaliation, Revenge and GetBack - daz's first solo album)
