thers several music videos that come on tv or on youtube they sound speeded up etc, whats the difference? is there lik a term for it?

that youtube clips are speeded or slowed because of copyright issues

I would call it a "pitch adjustment", which is what you would do on your turntables to speed up or slow down the track.
