-
03. Everybody (Full Version) isnt working.
fixed
-
the snippits to this album shits on Cali iz Active. This is what Cali iz Active SHOULD have been
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the last track...who'd ever think we'd ever see a track with Daz, kurupt, BGKO, and Dresta on it all together
-
omg, omg
tracklist looks crazy
who produces besides Daz?
-
I hope people realize, after listening to the snippets, how shitty of an album "Cali iz Active" was
-
I hope people realize, after listening to the snippets, how shitty of an album "Cali iz Active" was
indeed i do, i'm hoping they....found their focus?
-

Haven't listened to the snippets. But yea, cali iz active was mad disapointing.
-

and is it coincedince that daz is in charge of this and not snoop? i mean propz to snoop for bringing the westcoast together but cali iz active and 213 albums coulda been classics if others had input
-
I hope people realize, after listening to the snippets, how shitty of an album "Cali iz Active" was
yea i liked all 6 links except the track with Too Short
-
haha this looks better than anything they've done in years
could be cool... I gotta polish up my c-walk before I eventually listen
-
03. Everybody (Full Version) isnt working.
fixed
thanks a lot... this looks good!
-
any confirmed producers on this project?
thanks in advance
-
Looks great! DPG is the reason I joined this site in the 1st place. I'm glad they still out there pushing that product. 8)
-
Man, now everyone is getting hyped about this project ::). Snoop's idea of DPG is completely different then what Daz has. CIA tried to have that universal sound and that is not DPG. This should be dope here.
-
I just listened to "everybody" and that song shits on anything that came out on cali iz active and kurupts same shit blah blah blah
-
That Lynch and DPG trak finna be hard!!!
-
oh shiet the tracklist looks nice. let me download the snippets then ill give some feedback
-
Props! 8)
07. Can't Get Enough Featuring Too Short (Snippet) isn't working for me.
Blast On'm and Vibe Wit A Pimp sound the best out of all the snippets. This album should easily be better than Cali Iz Active.
-
:o aww man i can't wait for this shiet to drop. hopefully the rest of the songs aren't fillers.
ps: the song with too short doesn't work
-
Wow @ the tracklist...I stand corrected from what I said before about D.C., I just hope it gets good promo & everything... 8)
-
Damn....Tracklist looks crazy........Especially Mr B-A-D.......
Wow, Im gonna check these snippets out...
-
this is gonna blast..dope shit... i'ma buy it.
-
Tracklist and features look mad dope. Real good to see they got Jayo Felony on there, he been MIA for like over a year now. Also real nice to see Bad Azz on there. Hopefully the shit is good,.
-
looks dope
-
Snippets, sound decent. Glad everybody was the track that was not just a snippet, cause that 1 sounded like the best 1. Appearance wise, can't wait to hear 10, 15, and especially 17 8)
-
sounds great so far....
-
This album sounds pretty promising, even Kurupt seems in form 8)
-
Everybody sounds good, sounds like it could be one of the best westcoast albums of next year.
-
Features looks good, plus there arent too many of them. Gotta say Im still a little sceptic about this, but we'll see.
The fact that there is no Paul Wall or Ashanti is always a good start!
-
when is this supposed to drop?
-
when is this supposed to drop?
feb.
-
told the DPG Haters that they would come back again, CIA was dissapointing, but this one seems real tight, love the beat for "everybody" ..
so we're getting this Feb huh? not long to go ;D
-
it sounds good.I'm glad i didn't buy cali is active.
-
dope! can't wait 8)
-
omg, omg
tracklist looks crazy
who produces besides Daz?
hopefully no one else.
-
This is actually good timing for them to come out in February being that they were on Game's and Snoop's new album. Taking the good with the bad, 2006 was a very busy year for DPGC.
-
them snippets sound decent and the tracklist pretty much reflects what everyone on this forum been asking for. maybe daz got on dubcc and took notice. Looks promising, hopefully they wont disappoint.
-

I hope so

This is on Daz's label so the only other producers he uses are Fred Wreck, Soopafly, Xtra Large and Ivan Johnson. LT every once and a while too. So if they are on there, that is a good thing.

I'm not so sure what Ivan Johnson & Xtra Large have done, but this is VERY promosing if Daz, Soopaafly & Fred Wreck handle the production (mostly at least).
-
the track everybody is bangin, the snippets sound cool aswell especially ill bury ya. really lookin forward, another DPG banger
-
looks dope
-
Sound very hot! I hope Everybody will leak in better quality though!

All of Daz's beats lately have been co-produced by Ivan Johnson. Xtra Large did 1 beat on the Saga Continues and Kurupt's last album. They both are DPG Recordz producers.

true. well I figured they were both DPG recordz producers. I just meant, song wise didn't no what they've done, that's why I didn't comment on their work. but I no daz's work, soopafly's & fred wreck's production work is dope.

Defintely. Fred Wreck, Soopa, Daz. That is all they need. If the lyrics hold up, this album should be good.
-
everyone feelin this, shit dpg are stiil on point.cali iz active was a bangin ass album i still bump that shit!
-

DAZ knows how to make a dpg album, thats why he should always be the executive producer
-
This hole album looks dope. All the snippets is phat.
Cant hate on any of it, Im likin that Too $hort song.
-
too bad this isn't like back in the days. i'd love to hear a daz/soopafly dogg pound album with EVERYONE on there like tray deee and shit.
im gunna go bump dat whoopty whoop and forget about this thread
-
the album is sounding real nice...this is how a dpg record should be...
I wish nate dogg was on the album as well...

-
any confirmed producers on this project?
thanks in advance
i heard it was an all DAZ produced album
-
The forum is doing what it does best, OVERHYPING future albums....Everyone is excited now only to have 15 or more threads after it is released about how Kurpt fell off, DPG should just retire, why did they use this and didn't do that, they only sold this many albums etc....CIA was a good album and good to c Jayo on a tracc.
-
tracklisting looks dope as fukkk
hope the production isn't wack
-
Make sure ya check www.ThaDoggPound.com, a new Daz interview and a new press release is up. Check it out and keep it DPG! ya know what it iz

Just about to say it but never mind. It's cool to see they are coming out with something and yes the Jayo Felony track I want to hear because I liked him on the Who Ride With Us remix. Also BG and Dresta and Glasses on a track with them should be some other shit.
-
cant wait for this!!!! DPGC!!!
-
Sounds good so far. Fuck the Haters. And Kurupt sounds nice on Everybody 8)
-
I have to reply again.. it's too banging... I'm proud of DPG....they coming to their roots again.

Snoop seem like he got his head straight tho with his new album and could bring some of that old gangsta shit.

True, but you can tell CIA was really a album Snoop wanted. It was all over the place like his albums lately. Now this is Daz's project so Snoop does not have creative control, so Daz is going to keep this shit g'd up. Besides I have not heard Snoop spit on a Daz beat in a loooong time.

Was that "Mission Cleopatra" song or whatever it was called with that French guy a Daz production?
