I'm here out in the Northside, and I just realized 40% of yall beaaatches dont even know tha liks. Are these cats the most underrated west coast gorup 0f all time besides n2deep? I mean come on, they got hits, and i mean hits. Its like watching Barry Bonds go for dolo. Fuck the Giants. Give Tha Liks some respec7 and get off their nuts! :'(

Post by: CHUCK KNOXXX on May 11, 2007, 11:25:35 AM: j ro is an 818 representative (lake view terrace and pacoima to be exact!) and gets ultimate respect from me.....the alkaholiks were one of my favorite groups ever ( i say were cuz they broke up i guess, but on good terms)........i still have 21 & over on cassette, make room on cassette single and 12' vinyl as well.....their whole discography is quality thru & thru (although u can tell firewater was done wit little effort or luv, still not wack tho).......but of course i am 28 and was in 9th or 10th grade when the first album dropped, where as most heads in here were playing with power rangers at the time........so what do you expect?
