Alrite we played crap we didnt deserve to win and we really realyl looked tired against Chealsea. It was always going to be a hard game, away at Chealsea especailly considering the form they are on. We got  beat 4-1, I think 4-0 would of been a fairer result because we really didnt deserve 1 goal we played that bad. Nobody kept the ball, nobody found a man and nobody looked dangerous.  Moyes played 4-3-3 which was prob a bad choice but at least he knows that now and we can get back on track on and concentrate on playing well in a 4-4-2 and retaining a good position in the league this season. Rooney missed a pen but thats life, every player misses pens and its better for him to learn now that a goal is never an easy goal and there is never an easy game of football.

he had the guts to step up and take the pen so I give him props for that and he missed so hopefully hes learn from that, you only learn from mistakes.  But well done chealsea, I think they will win it this season.

Painful day, hands up United wanted this one more and outplayed us where it mattered, dissapointed but this should spurn us onto the title, as much as i hate to say it well played Man Utd.

Also Rangers beat Celtic so i cant see today getting much worse.

Hello

Just got back half an hour ago

2-0
AKA putting cocky Cockneys back in their place

I'm not sure if we'll win the league, but the commitment shown by the players since the derby loss is tremendous.  It's fashionable to laugh at the Neville bros. but their performances in recent matches have been excellent.  Gary MOM vs Liverpool, Phil MOM today.  I would love it if one of you cockneys came on here and spoke the truth and wrote: Phil Neville outclassed Vieira today.

On a sidentote, the Arsenal fans were crap today.  You had one good moment when you responded to "Have you ever won the treble have you fuck" with "Have you ever won the league at Highbury?"  The Arsenal fans lived up to the Southern fan stereotype big time, and we should know, we have plenty of southern fans.  You sung once in the second half with "Stand up for the Champions".

I also feel that Arsenal think we class you as one of our hated teams, I hope this is not so, if we don't win the league I hope Arsenal win it.

Ha ha Liverpool are losing to Charlton (just noticed)

Does Kanu not like Arsenal anymore BTW?  I would be pissed off with him if I was an Arsenal fan watching him during half time.

Bergkamp confirmed everything I know about the man.

Hard luck Arsenal, I hope this reminds you that while you are the best team in the country at the moment, in order to be regarded as the very best, you've got to keep on winning, keep the hunger, and I don't think that this Arsenal side can do what we did and keep winning trophies year in, year out.

No Keane, no Beckham, no Ferdinand, no Butt - absolutely tremendous.

NO DIEGO!!!!!!

You would have lost 10 - 0 with him playing  ;)

yeah yeah, very good.
neville didnt outclass vieira, no way. but he did have a great game and every one can see that. but vieira was our best player by a mile, and without him we would have fallen to pieces.
i knew we wouldnt win today, we wernt commited enough and manu were, they wanted it more than us, and by some way.

but, i aint moaning, but you must agree that your first goal was a handball and offside, and if henry had of scored (great save barthez) maybe it would have been a different game, or maybe not.

well played manu, better team on the day. roll on april!

city have beaten us once in 13 years.  That's not something to be joyous about.  Plus losing to city was great for us in the end because it gave us a much needed kick up the arse

Joachim: 8 losses in 13 matches is not good at all.

Yet we're still top of the league, top of our CL group having beaten Roma away, still playing entertaining footy and playing against one of Europes best sides tonight.

Not forgetting Pires is almost back to his best, Bergkamp says he isnt retiring, Gio, Keown, Razor, Lauren, Kanu and Seaman are back and Aliadiere will be back very soon(can't wait for this one).

Also our squad are all happy and settled in London, with Trezegeut breaking his back to get here in January. We've also started work on our new stadium.

This has been our best start to a premiership season and we always hit our best form after Christmas.

I'll say it again, life is good when you're a cockney, but then again, its even better when you're a gooner aswell.

03.Man Utd 17 -32
04.Liverpool 17 -31
05.Everton 17 -29
06.Newcastle 16- 28
07.Tottenham 17- 27

With a packet of sweets and a cheeky smile Wenger is a fucking ..........

I was going to make a topic about a team with 11 men all wearing gloves like ponces, how can you expect a team to fight when they are wearing gloves?

Dig up two of my predictions from right at the start of the season about shit signings - I already got El Hadji Diouf right - he is shit - but I also warned about Gilberto.  This man is not a top level player.  Gilberto will not produce at the highest levels.  Put him up against China, Costa Rica, Belgium etc. he can perform, but the Champions League is 3 or 4 steps up from the World Cup.  The Arsenal fans watch him week in week out, but I would rather have Dimmock or Edu alongside Phil Neville's deputy.  Just a warning Arsenal.

you're bitter mate.

Seriously, I have nothing whatsoever to be bitter about.  I like Arsenal.  I believe they are the only English team apart from ourselves that values entertaining football so much.

Arsenal fans have a problem.  They are frustrated that we applauded you off our pitch last season.  YOu are frustrated that the majority of United fans do not dislike Arsenal.  Arsenal were singing more songs about us against Valencia than you were about Spurs.  YOu want to be our enemies, but it's just not a mutual feeling.  Have you ever won the title at Highbury?  No.  Do you want to?  No not really.  I would love to win it at Maine Road, Elland Road or Anfield though.  ;D

What on earth are you talking about? I want Man Utd fans to dislike Arsenal? Why? I dont get it, we're a London club, we're not short of rivals here mate, if thats what you mean, i dont understand, please explain.

We dislike you because you're our title rivals and you humiliated us 6-1, and in general most football fans dislike United, thats what success brings, hatred. I could care less if you dislike my club or not, how much claret gets spilt when we play you compared to Spurs? You'll see how much we dislike you right there.

I care more about beating the Rent boys, the scum and the 'Ammers, cause i live and work with their fans, but having said that of course i wanna beat United who does'nt?

jay sorry lad but gilberto is a good player, he is dominating and a great player.  Everytime I have watched him play he has been superb.  Better than Phil Nev by miles mate.  No offense but just cos hes had 2 good games in midfield dont mean shit, hes been one of the worst players to grace a manchester united shirt and an england shirt for years.

As for Diouf, well he hasent really had much games adn that yet and you cant just expect players to fit in right away. Look at Veron, he is doing ok now but man utd fans where first to say shit about him when he wasent performing as soon as you bought him.  You cant just expect players to fit into the premiership style of play straight away.  It takes time.  Diouf under Thompson and Houllier will progress and proberly turn into a week in week out good striker, you gotta remember hes what 24 not 33, hes got a good career in front of him, so to Gilberto.

Considering man Utd and Arsenal aint even from the same area I cant understand all the hate. For me the only team I hate with a passion is Liverpool, and thats just because theres evertons rivals, jay the only team you shud hate is man city, Joachim the only team you shud hate is prob spurs, its dumb the way you 2 are rallying on like you are bitterest of rivals, our 2 of the best clubs in the league and 2 of the best clubs uin the world, you shud be supporting each other.  I love watching man utd and arsenal play, I watch them and support them in Europe too. Quality.

arsenal fans dont hate spurs anymore, we just pity them. they are there for us to laugh at. they though hate us with a passion as ill for sure find out on sunday. thats because we are far more successful than they are, there jealous of us, just as we used to be of man u. man u have taken over from spurs as our most hated, they won the poll in our fanzine as the most hated team. i know i hate man u, i cant stand them, everything about them annoys me, from their plastic stadium right up to that slaphead tosser kenyon or whatever his name is.

you say arsenal winning the league at old trafford doesnt affect you? i cant believe that. ok maybe we re not hated by you but we are your biggest rivals. if you won the league at highbury id be gutted. seeing our players and supporters dancing around on your home ground didnt annoy you one bit?

the jurys still out on gilberto for me, and i seem to be the only arsenal fan who thinks that way.

I was going to make a topic about a team with 11 men all wearing gloves like ponces, how can you expect a team to fight when they are wearing gloves?

them wearing gloves dont mean shit. it doesnt make them soft or ponces. if you were used to hot temperatures all year round (Brazil, France, Africa) and them came to paradise that is manchester then youd wear gloves aswell.

arsenal fans dont hate spurs anymore, we just pity them. they are there for us to laugh at. they though hate us with a passion as ill for sure find out on sunday. thats because we are far more successful than they are, there jealous of us, just as we used to be of man u. man u have taken over from spurs as our most hated, they won the poll in our fanzine as the most hated team. i know i hate man u, i cant stand them, everything about them annoys me, from their plastic stadium right up to that slaphead tosser kenyon or whatever his name is.

you say arsenal winning the league at old trafford doesnt affect you? i cant believe that. ok maybe we re not hated by you but we are your biggest rivals. if you won the league at highbury id be gutted. seeing our players and supporters dancing around on your home ground didnt annoy you one bit?

the jurys still out on gilberto for me, and i seem to be the only arsenal fan who thinks that way.

Quality ;D

That post proved everything I said about Arsenal fans unable to handle the fact that we will never regard them as even our third most hated team.  And then to top it off, the man who has seen Gilberto play most this season, Sol, admits I may have a point about the Brazilian.

Now to adress Sol's point :

"arsenal fans dont hate spurs anymore, we just pity them. they are there for us to laugh at. they though hate us with a passion...thats because we are far more successful than they are, there jealous of us"

This is EXACTLY the same as United vs City rivalry
We pity the fools
THey were singing "Can we play you every week" at the Derby!  What bloody cheek!  They can't even manage to play us every season the retarded bastards, what hope do they have of playing us every week!

"you say arsenal winning the league at old trafford doesnt affect you? i cant believe that. ok maybe we re not hated by you but we are your biggest rivals. if you won the league at highbury id be gutted. seeing our players and supporters dancing around on your home ground didnt annoy you one bit? "

Obviously, I was unhappy we hadn't won the league.  But we had won the league 3 Times in a row before that!  No team has ever done 4 in a row, and maybe nobody ever will.  Was there anyone that thought, with 2 games to go, that Arsenal wouldn't win it?  I was ready for an Arsenal win at Old Trafford.  A draw would have given you it.  You all know what trophy we were after last season.  Everyone knows what it was.  The league was gone when Spurs didn't hang on in the derby at Highbury.  Nobody could stop you.  We were after the greatest prize in club football, the holy grail.  So going out to Leverkusen was devastating.  Thank fuck you won the title and not the scousers.  The title was due to be lost.  The European Cup was due to be won.  I applauded Arsenal off the pitch that night, upset that it wasn't us winning, but holding no malice whatsoever towards Arsenal FC in general.

I do dislike parts of Arsenal but I can never detest the whole thing like you can with Liverpool.  I dislike:  Vieira and A.Cole because they are dirty, Henry because he is v.v.arrogant, and Bergkamp because he is seen as some angel when in fact he is a sly bastard, who whinges at ITV instead of admitting wrong.  I don't like Wenger's obsession with Ferguson and "Wengervision"TM.  I don't like the southern mentality, but that's not just an Arsenal thing.

That's it, I respect Wenger as a coach BTW, one of the very best.  But please Arsenal, don't act like you're the dog's bollocks after one successful season, build a dynasty and then come back and tell us how brilliant you are.

Case closed

Bez - fuck this lovey dovey bullshit.  Football is tribal.

He definately needs to leave the Hammers and find a good attacking coach.

But IMO he's completely squandered he's talent, he's failed to elevate his game from youth level, he's finishing is awful at times, he cant tackle for ish and he gets slower and slower season by season. He can still turn it around, but not at Upton Park, unless if they get O'Leary when Roeder goes.

Id say David Dunn has overtaken him in terms of an England call up.

As far as Joe cole go's I think hes a good player but as for Dunn overtaking him I would have to say david Thompson takes over Dunn. After watching him all season and y'day at the everton game, he is sooo england quality.  Moves well with the ball, can hit it, not scared to shoot, passes well, lots of energy.

Liverpool, muahahahahahahahahahah Theres only 1 Proctor. lol Everton 4th and Liverpool 5th, bring on the derby.  Hopefully liverpool will be tired cos we play at Anfield nexy sunday but they have a game on wed nite, so hopefully they will be fucked and we can win.

Hes not going to waste his talent. Too many people are aware of his skills now, they wouldnt let them go to waste.

Bez, whats up with Yobo recently? Maybe its just me but his last few games hes not been on that same level as he was for Everton before. I've noticed him making a few mistakes. He was still a class find. Him and Rooney definetely give the side a better chance of finishing high up.

By the way, keep it on the down low (lol) but I have very reliable info that the the reason Gerrard is playing so badly is because he's discovered a new habit.

We got Palace on Tuesday and I can't wait. I'm gonna be sat at the back of our Kop where all the noise comes from. We're gonna win the match, but Chelsea will win the Cup.

Gerrard is getting back to his better form, but before that he was terrible. The one time I saw Traore, against Valencia, he was easily there best player. Playing Heskey out on the left over Riise is the worst managerial decision I've seen in a long time.

He is fitter than he was when Walter was manager.  We where booing him because of the lack of work he put into every game he played.  Everton fans being as passionate as we are expect players to give 100 percent every time they play and we know what Campbell can do when he runs and works, but we wasent getting that outter him. Just cos he has scored a few goals aint really changed my opinion of him tho lad, he can be a good player at times but he doesnt work for the ball and use his time as much as I would like him to.  He is good when he runs, tackles, but some games e.g. yesterday that man doesnt even break a sweat and he go's off the field at the end with a clean kit.  I know if I was playing I would be running none stop and I would be sliding every where and going in for every tackle I could.  He sometimes is too lazy for my liking.  He can be good when he trys but I still aint a big fan of *Super Kev*.

Wigan will beat Villa. Nathan Ellington is the best player in Divison 2, a Premiership side should snap him up (a team like West Brom or Birmingham). Chelsea will beat you lot, and with Liverpools shite form at the moment I doubt they will get anywhere. Sheff Utd have the best chance of winning the competition then they'll ever have.

Oh and Kevin Campbell isn't that good. I saw him against Newcastle and he hardly had the ball. He might have scored there only goal but like Bez said his work rate was low. When Rooney was introduced he was running all over the place chasing the ball.

but in order to giv ferdinand his spot back that would mean putting him in place of silvestre or brown or takin off o'shea and puttin silvestre back on the left to partner him with brown which i don't wanna see happen cos sice ferdinand been injured we have stumbled accross a good solid defence that actually works well and is next to unbeatable and like u sed ferdinand has done wank so bringing him back could cock the defence up...it would be like tryna fix a team that isn't broken...personally i say leave blanc and rio on the bench until we actually need them and let ppl say its a waste of £30m cos i dont really care about the money we paid for him if he aint needed he aint needed.
