the OG series was so far ahead of its time and still damn good when i first watched it in the 90s. can't see this one being any good, looked corny in the trailers.

Heard a lot of great things about it, but have yet to check it out.

I agree that disclosure has been a long slow process, but is def happening. The vatican having a week long forum about extra terrestrial life is pretty major.
But the powers that be are def gonna try and manipulate it to their advantage to maintain the power structure. Because once the human race realizes there are millions of other intelligent civilizations many of our problems on earth will go away.
So to me, "V" is a pre-conditioning into the consciousness of people to be afraid when it is disclosed.
