I wouldn't consider Snoop GOAT, but his DoggyStyle album is a definate classic and has influenced many, no one can argue w/ that! Funny some1 mentioning that he fell off, and that they'd rather listen to Illmatic & 36 Chambers, both NaS & the Wu fell the fuck off........NaS redeemed himself though w/ StillMatic. Pity about the Wu, if only they can bring back some of that ol' magic. All Snoop needs to do is get back w/ 'Dre & stop fucking w/ the Neptunes & steer clear of Lil Jon.
