What is the sample used in Track 3 (Mr. Potato Head) on Ghost Unit?

"Mr. Potato head I made you, I made you ..."

It hella sounds like Rza but I cant identify it, can anyone help me?

Well to me it sounds like RZA but someone (I think Seer) posted up the track name & artist & it was Guru .
