1. How old should a child be to get on the internet w/o their parental supervision?

2. Why is it that ppl feel with women there should be a limit on sexual partners but with men it doesnt really matter? And is there a limit for ur significant other??

Probably between 14-16, if the child is raised correctly maybe younger. 

2nd question....unknown.  I might know but its too long to mention.
