1. k-dee - ass gas or cash ( no one rides for free) - the best album ever made with underrated producers on the west coast hands down.. why he hasnt dropped a second album..the hell if i know...but k-dee is the 90's devin ..heavily slept on
2. devin the dude- to tha xtreme- they dont make albums like this nomore...im tellin u
3. e.s.g.- shinin n grindin- the best album out of tx imo..he brought to the table 2 unheard of rappers by the name of lil flip and slim thug..and this album damn near made them 2 niggas...everysong on this bitch is fire from beginnin 2 end
