What JOB proves is that blacks are the most racist people in America right now. Not whites. Blacks, just like him.
Polls show that blacks are far more likely to harbor anti-Semitic opinions than whites (which is ironic, considering Jews were heavily involved in the Civil Rights movement). They are also more likely, ironically, to hold anti-Latino attitudes as well.
This shows that their hatred isn't based on legitimate grievances; it's based on ludicrous conspiracy theories that blacks conjure up to blame everyone but themselves for their own failures. And deep down inside, I think JOB knows I'm right, anyway.
