maybe not healthy but he wasnt on his death bed either he had to be in good enough shape to bust out a 2+ hour performance hopefully some had the whole thing on tape

I heard that they actually recorded the whole dress rehearsal with some HD cameras or somethin' and that they're lookin to release it on DVD.
