Off "Boss Of All Bosses" recording sessions. Ionno if it'll make the final cut.
Slim Thug - Bitch I'm Back (Featuring Devin The Dude) (Produced By Dr. Dre) (http://rapidshare.com/files/137758759/slim_thug-bitch_im_back__featuring_devin_the_dude___produced_by_dr_dre_-octo.mp3)

Sounds like a beat from the 2001 era. Damn these Dre beats were so dope back then. +1 for the hookup
-
wow nice beat lovin the bass. I can't even hear the guitar strings and shit in the background on my speakers so ive gotta get it in a better system to really judge the beat. Devin is 8)
-
Dr. Dre produced for Slim Thug??
-
^^ Yeah, peep this http://www.dubcnn.com/connect/index.php?topic=190376.0
Good looking OcTo, dope track. :raisetheroof:
-
Dr. Dre produced for Slim Thug??
Slim was on interscope and Dre usually gives up a beat or two for interscope projects...
-

Word x2.
Props Octo
-
the beat really isnt special at all, kind of dull.
not feeling this song
-
sounds better live in the ryde...
its gone make the album
-
let me peep this!
-
Damn this is TIGHT
Props for the hookup.
This is the kind of Dre beat I've been missing!
-
Nice bassline. But this sounds like a crappier version of "Talk About Me". Dre should hook back up with Scott Storch or/and Mike Elizondo. Mark Batson and Dawuan Parker don't have that bounce.
BTW good track from Slim Thug, not a fan of him but this is dope.
-
this ain't bad, i'm feelin it - devin did his thing on da hook 8)
-

Seriouslly Devin killed the hook, Slims flow is nice over this too. And this dre beat is nice. Slim thugs last album was dope, hopefully his next one will be too. 8)
-
propz 8)
-
this shit is dope.
-
Dope song overall. I don't see why "people" shit their pants over a Dre beat. It's nothing mind blowing but it's good.
-
Bass is nice, but the whole beat sounds like a loop, with some guitar sometimes in the background, shits dope but something missing, needs more bounce! Slim sounding pretty dope though and Devin killed the hook, good track...
-
Yeah I'm feelin this one.
-
it's cool but those drums get a little annoying, switch em up!
I like it though
-
nice but yeah dre need 2 switch up them drums
-
im feelin it. its nothin too creative but it works. reminds me a little of 'grow up' by bishop.
-
This a fuckin' banger.
"I drop "Already platinum" but it only sold Gold".
-
nice... thanks for sharin'... propz....
-
It's alright, like Dubz said sounds kinda like Grow Up. I'm assuming this is old, so I'm not gonna say Dre needs to include more melody into his records, even though he does. Good to see Devin on a Dre beat again.
-
Great fucking song.
-
yeah pretty good song! maybe Dre startin to build a buzz for Detox
-
it's not really good for a Dre production :-\
Dre should hook back up with Scott Storch or/and Mike Elizondo. Mark Batson and Dawuan Parker don't have that bounce.
nah man, there's nothing wrong with the musicians.
besides, Scott's stuff ain't fresh
-
it's not really good for a Dre production :-\
Hope Dre didnīt produce the vocals. Devinīs hook is eehhhhh :-\ wtf? :-\
Slim is what he is :P,so I leave it at that... :P
Grow Up is so much better than this IMO

cosign all.
-
good track!
-
just plugged the phones in on this one....I'm diggin' this track! Smooth, funky & dope 8) the piano is dope in there and that bassline is cold...
-
Kinda boring and uninspired.
-
I'm assuming this is old
Actually, it's not that old. Do you remember of that "Scuba-gear-Dre" @ Hawaii ? (Right here (http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/7994/drdrescubaqh6.jpg), for those who don't remember) He did the beat during those days. Slim Thug wanted an old-Dre-style beat. That's why it sounds a lil bit old.
-

Exactly ;)
-
nice laid back beat but this is a throw away dre beat its good but nothing special it just lacks all that random stuff dre throws in when he makes a beat its good don get me wrong but this was probably in his throw away stash
-

"Grow Up" is better Yes!!..But i like this record right here!!
it's chilled, it sounds very crisp on the audio system!!
it's one of those chilled out tracks that fits nicely with one "Music to Drive To" collection! ;)
"Could Be Better"..Maybe.."sounds Like A Throw away Beat"..Perhaps it is..
Regardless i like it!! 8)
-
Nice track. Slim works alot with Mr. Lee from RAL alot which other than the bassline sounds like something he would do but this is cool.
-
i personally enjoy how this thread has almost 40 replies just for the reason the threadmaker wrote "(produced by Dr. Dre)" lmao.

-
best Dre beat I've heard in a while.
Yep...its not a club banger or a superhit...but its a nice song with a beautiful melody...what a pity people forget to enjoy such simple things...Dre isn't here to make an "In Da Club" on every record people !!! Just enjoy the good music dammit >:(
-
real dope track, devin came correct on that hook
-
good ryder muzik
-
Song is dope dope just like Grown Up, Imagination, and the tracks off Kingdom Come.
-
good song
i don't hate dr dre...he can take 8 more years on detox for all i care, but you can definitely tell when dude started going sober
detox is gonig to be real interesting
-

judging from his latest wave of beats like this one, Grow Up, 30 something, expect a lot of boring ass claps and piano beats
-
dre laced this shit. it ain't like he gave him some fake ass south beat. it's one of slim thug's best songs.
-
I like the beat. You can tell that Dre probably emailed a couple beats/loops to Slim an he just picked the one he liked n thats all the involvement Dre had, possibly
-
It's a cool song. Not mindblowing or anything, but it serves it's purpose. It's also good to hear Devin on a Dre beat again.
-
This was actually dope.
Smh at people sayin Grow Up > This..are yall serious?
-
Songs fuckin dope, +1!!!
-
definitelty a tight beat. very simple loop but the bass is excellent 8)
-
that bassline is some nice shit
and tell me that you don't just have that good feeling in you when the instrumental plays at the end of the song and the little guitar kicks in?really dope shit
-

now i think it doesn't sound as bad as i thought before, but i feel that something is missing :P
-
i listened to it several times now, and i can say that it's a grower ;)
-

yeah i still prefer Grow Up too
-
I only like the beat
-
ohhh
i dint see this in august when it dropped. Not a big fan of slim thug... beat is dope and yesss the bass line bumps. This is going in the whip
-
hate to bring it up again but this song is the SHITT!!!!!!!!!! way better than the album version...why didnt they use it?!?!?!?!?
This has to be dres best beat in a long long time, listen to the guitar in the background, its too faint...i bet on the cd quality they would turn that up...i heard this beat was made in Hawaii, that guitar sounds like the hawaii tip-
anyhow shit is SOOOO HOT!!
-
why didnt they use it?!?!?!?!?
because it leaked way too early... that would make the most sense
-

So they just changed the beat?
More like Dre was too expensive, didn't Slim Thug change the label? You would think there is bigger budget on Interscope or inside relationships etc.

Yup it was given to him when he was on Interscope, Dr. Dre beats on Koch albums? Not so much

Trick Trick is on Koch and had Dre production on there.

True didn't think of that. Eminem hooked that up though
-
Devin is one of the most slept on artists(mayb not on this forum but rap in general) dude is one of my favs.
-
I had never heard this before, god damn what a sick track. I am not a big Slim Thug fan but he came correct here and Dre laced a simple but great beat and well Devin is Devin, great as usual
