.......unbelievably bad! I mean, i loved "I Love Cali" as much or more than anyone, but this is trash. He sounds like a cross between Kurupt and Young Zane! And that ain't good, cuz Kurupt fell the fuck off a while ago (he still makes nice albums though), and Young Zane is horrible. I pray to god this ain't ROscoe's album, it is full of horrible beats, hooks, etc. What ya'll think of this album????
-
Really? I was feelin it. I liked lots of the songs, and I thought he came hard in multiple places...
I thought the first 6 songs were Dope as hell, Shakedown is tight too.
-
I cant find it so I cant say a word >:(
-
Roscoe comes tight, but I'm not really feeling the beats...
-
To me it was a tight advance!! shakedown is amazing!!!
other tracks were tight to me!!

Young Zane? I've never heard of him. Were you talking about Lil Zane (from "Next Friday" sdtk)? or Young Zee from tha Outsidaz?
Lil Zane is straight wack but I kinda like Young Zee.. he has some pretty good battle raps.
Oh and Roscoe does sound alot like Kurupt but he can be dope sometimes. If any songs on tha advance are as dope as "In My Hood" from tha Training Day Soundtrack then it should be dope.
-
man this roscoe is SLUMPIN!...its straight bangin....
-

Ya those were weak ass beats!! I'm feeling like 2 tracks, 3 at most from that wack advance!
-
I thought it was a good promo. IMO.
-
where did yall get it? comon someone hook it up
-
I don't like the beats too. Roscoe should hook up with producers like DJ Quik, Soopafly, Fredwreck or Battlecat. Hîs album needs some funk!
-
Like someone said above.. Shake Down is amazing.. LT Hutton.. cant forget him. There are plenty of other dope ass tracks on the album. But give him a break and let the album grow on you.. The albums gotta have a little bit of a commecial feel to it in order to move units.. Maybe thats the beef everyones got with this album. Give it a chance.. Roscoes gotta eat too!

Track 5 was produced by Soopafly.
But I know what everyone means, I thought the advance was good, but I feel he couldv'e done better. And most of the beats weren't great.
-
Yea he got lyrical talent for sure, and he can spit like his brother in 93. So i agree, he could have done better. Its like,, this album is a highly anticipated album, so if the beatz cant keep up with his rhymes, the album will be weak and ppl disappointed.
-
fingazz came hard with beats on this shit....
-
are yall fuckin blind? or do you guys just read the first post and then post?
-
damn i hope the beats are good....i cant find the advance...but i still have very high hopes for this album
-
Damn! I thought that album was straight heat!Roscoe has big things comin to him. Lyrically the album was as tight as Kurupt on Dogg Food. The album is tight but i feel yall with the beats...pretty poor.

Agree.
I had very high expectations for it, but was disappointed.
A few dope cuts, but overall it's below average.
