Title: How Do Frequent Flyer Miles Work?
Post by: ecrazy on December 01, 2006, 04:59:14 AM
Ok, i know u get miles and I have this card in front of me that is giving me 15000 miles, but do i have to fly a couple of times before i could use those miles or could i just use them straight off the back? Im thinking of just doing a balance transfer to this card (plus the 0 APR for 12 months as well) - anyway, anyone know?
thanks in advance

it all depends on your airline/its partners. they're all different as far as transfering miles, cash per miles etc. i know alaska airlines requires 20,000 miles before you can cash them in for a free ticket. go to your card's site and check it out.
