Hmm, it's a new verse, but it's obviously spliced into the song.
The verse 50 does, is probably a a capella, and poorly mixed in with the beat..

Wonder what genius came up with this idea, probably some lame record-exec thinking about getting 50 on the biggest artists tracks to make a buzz for his album.

look at it this way... 50 cent isn't working with Justin... he's working with a hot ass beat by Tim so it's all good.  50 does like a song a day and he's always doing lil remakes and shit like this so it's cool... he's just stayin sharp

Some DJ put a 50-verse on the beat, and it became so popular that they are considering talking 50 into doing a official remix.
