I've listened through it and this album is just horrible! The track that is supposed to feature Game doesn't even have a Game verse...he's on there for literally like 4 seconds lol....but just overall it's not good at all....2/5

Very average album, the production isn't even impressive, same soul sample beat , like the Be album. Kanye doesn't avoid the usual sophomore slump. Anyway Game has still the best album of this year so far. I thought 2004 was a horrible year , 2005 is worst . Some advices Kanye: first try to find a new sound coz this soul sample doesn't work anymore , skip these pointless skits and stop talking. How many articles I read on the net in which the main quotes were : "This album is the shit blah blah ". ::) Anyway it's the current state of rap : they constantly open their mouth , but the music sucks hard

Wow, this album is pretty lame. The only reason I was looking forward to it was that track bittersweet and it isnt even on here. Diamonds was a hot song, gold digger is weak, should have guessed if that was all they had for a single the album would be throw away. And since when is the only real single (diamonds) a "bonus" track? lol. Man the new Roc is fuckin trash.

However, to say this album is wack is just plain ignorant. Kanye's rhymes are dope, he's improved on the mic incredibly, and he's made an album full of very creative music that some people are obviously not gonna like. Bt i have a feeling if ya'll give this a chance its gonna be one of your fav's. RIght now, to me this is a 4/5 album, but its hard to judge this early.
All i know is i can't believe some people call this album wack, i think it's pretty brave of Kanye to make this album , major props to him, he is pushing the envelop and some of ya'll just want the same old shit. And this is very different form COllege Dropout.

Yeah its a different vibe. College Dropout had a lot of uptempo/club joints and this here is more laid back. But I like it. Like it says in the nfo, its gonna grow on people. I remember I didnt like Dropout the first couple times I bumped it but it grew on me fast.

This seems to be a very bland album. Kanye needs a few spins though before you can judge him. Addiction, Roses, Gone and Slow Down are dope tracks. Diamonds is great of course.

I think the reason this isn`t getting as much praise as TCD is 'cause it doesn`t have the same vibe as the other one did, cause the first single really got erryones attention and they wanted more...
