It doesn't give you the names or version of the drivers you need?
2nd thought, why don't you PM me the specifics of what drivers you need and I'll help you from there.

You can also get your drivers directly from Acer's website. Here are the latest ones for your particular model:
http://www.acerpanam.com/flex/acer/bin/acer.html#app=2766&9e7c-selectedIndex=0&3386-selectedIndex=2&bca4-selectedIndex=1&bf37-selectedIndex=1&4f90-selectedIndex=1
^^ Shit, the direct link doesn't work. Anyway, go to "Select Product Type" and then click on "Desktop" then find your model and click it. It'll then give you a list of drivers that that model requires. Good luck!
PM me if you need any assistance.

How did they re-install the OS? Did they do a format/reload or did they just reload on top of the existing OS without wiping it out?
-

@ Acer you mean?
-
Just make sure you download the ones that matches your Operating System (XP, Vista, etc.) Those are all the right drivers, because they're factory specific to your model. Unless you've modified any hardware, then you'll need to find those specific drivers for it.
BTW, what OS are you running?

Tell you what, lemme go ahead and download all those drivers from the Acer page and zip it for you and then I'll PM you a link so that you can install from whatever ones you need.
But yeah, you're def needing graphics drivers from what you just described.

Working on it as we speak. I'm creating folders for each device so it'll make it easy to navigate which ones you need.
Check your PM in about 5-10 mins.
