Yeah, Hi-C can emulate DJ Quik and Big Sacc's style decent, but underrated? Someone has a penchant for exaggeration.

i dont think so... every beat on that album is striaght heat. considering the fact that most people dont even know if crawfdog is hi-c, i would say hes pretty damn underated

It's a fact Crawf Dog is Hi-C, he even appears as Crawf Dog on a few albums like Mausberg's. It was a legal thing at first but it must've been resolved.
