its sad to say but at this rate i dont see the westcoast having a future, its all bad. i mean its hard as hell for the west to get any radio play unless u are snoop( give him props cause he is trying out new sounds, not the typical westcoast sound) and ice cube, dre. just the old cats, but when u look at the south, its all new cats also the east, we the west fucked up a long time ago, everbodys ego got in the way.
i dont know about u guys but look at the west right now, tell me of one major new star that is about to blow up??? Bishop Lamont, from what i have been hearing, he might get dropped soon!!! and thats for reals, my homieboy talks to one of the aftermath producers ;), and he told him that dre is no longer really inrerested in bishop cause none of the songs have had a huge following, plus he also told me that he thinks that the only reason dre really signed him was because he is writing a lot for aftermath, G. Malone, from many internet rumors i have also heard that cashmoney dropped hoo-bangin, i have not seen anything, but even his momentem has died down.
Crooked I, the poor guy cant even secure proper distrbution, and homie to be real the guy is getting old now, i have heard that he is almost 38 or 39, do the math, what he tells you aint for reals about his age, he has been around for al ong time
Problem, the guy is dope but agian, just seems the majors dont give a fuck about the New WEst
Lil Eazy, cnat even release an album, and none of his single have been a hit, the guy also at times sounds boring

also i dont know u guys know but Suge was about to start some company called Marion Knight Music Group, being back by J-records, that right J-Records, he was going to be putting out the new jodeci album and some new cat from the west named LA Prada, Suge was going to be pushing this new cat but it sucks cause the bankrupsty court rulled that they would have to take 50 percent of the the money, in essence no money for suge, but what i am trying to say is that i heard from people that were talking to suge that he has or was never so hyped about a new artist like Prada, but due to the fact of the label situation he decided to quiet music, for good, but there was another chace of a westcoast artist to blow up, but nothing happend,
i wish the west was more loved and respected, but seems that the west really dot not have a future

yeah i agree about the situation of the weast coast...and props for the info about suge...now i understand why he doesnt want to start a whole new music label right now and keep doing some other things in the background.....hopefully the court will overturn the fucked up 130 mil judgement soon ...maybe that will change something

Glasses album is scheduled to drop March 25th. He just left Miami where the album was completed. Now all it has to do is be mixed and mastered. He's shooting the music video to Certified with Akon this week and shooting another video 'Haterz' featuring Lil Wayne n Baby(produced by me) on Allstar weekend in New Orleans. We already shot the music video to Malone but the label is making Glasses wait till after the Certified video drops on MTV n BET to put that one out.

Certified is already gettin majorplay on XM Radio on eminem's Channel.I even heard it a few times on the local radio.

I dont know, Baby just gave us the date two days ago, literally. Certified is getting real good play in California and a steadily growing number all across the nation. Wayne is supposed to drop in February and is just now releasing his single so we'll see what happens.
