OMG!
I'm a huge as superman fan and I can't believe it. When spiderman came out, I was like "damn if they could make a superman movie with the type of special effects we have today..." Yes, there are 4 main Superman movies, but damn, with new technology this should be awesome and even better... Batman is the villain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clark Kent......

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Maybe the Man of Steel will fight the Caped Crusader over top billing.
Warner Bros. announced production plans Tuesday for the warring superhero film "Batman vs. Superman," which would pit the two DC Comics characters in a "battle of the titans," according to director Wolfgang Petersen.
"They play off of each other so perfectly," he said. "(Superman) is clear, bright, all that is noble and good, and Batman represents the dark, obsessive and vengeful side. They are two sides of the same coin and that is material for great drama."
No actors have been cast for the title roles yet, said Petersen, whose credits include "The Perfect Storm" and "In the Line of Fire."
The new film is not a continuation of the previous "Superman" series starring Christopher Reeve, last brought to theaters in 1987's "Superman IV: The Quest for Peace."
"Batman vs. Superman," written by "Seven" screenwriter Andrew Kevin Walker, is tentatively set to begin filming in early 2003.

there is only one Superman per Generation, and Our Superman was Christopher Reeve....Fucc' any other imposter.
Besides Dc comic's already fucc'ed over their best character's.....lol
Marvel always had they ass in Tight heroes & villan's.

In the end.....The movie always fucc's off the Comic's perspective anyway....so I'll watch regardless :)

I'm phyched, I grew up on Superman... and I've been anticipating something new since Spiderman came out... and for Haterats... our generation sees Chritopher Reeves as Superman, but our generation is now full grown... its time for a new generation to see what the hell the "s" can bring
Also... they've been planning this movie for almost a year now, and even have 2 other Superman project that might see the light...

I still cant this this happening. I cant get around the fact that superherors are suppose to fight crime and evil together they aint suppose to be battling each other for the top spot.
maybe a film where they hook up together because there is a new enemy that is too strong just for 1 hero.
