50 Cent dissing more people on Hot 97
« on: September 09, 2003, 05:26:06 PM »
50 Cent dissed more people yesterday during Funk Master Flex's show.
He took shots at Lil' Kim for being too emotional. He also went into a crazy freestyle, Funk Flex even had to stop him telling him to keep it peaceful. 50 went at Shyne saying he was soft and won't shoot the club up anymore.
He also went at Joe Budden's A-Team (calling it the B-Team) for stealing the beat to 'We got Gunz for sale' and using it on a mixtape.

What an idiot. He dissed Joe Budden for using a beat, which 50 does all the time. Thats how Em & Dre found him.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

 ::)

He didn't diss Budden, he dissed A-Team.

And he disses them because they STOLE 50 CENT's VOCALS and put them on their own track, to create a buzz for themselves.
And these vocals were even planned to be released on a new album.

That's a whole another thing that recreating a track, starting with only the beat.

^^ Didn't 50 use vocals of 2Pac & Biggie? doesnt matter what i say, if you dont find this hypocritical of him then you can't be convinced

Yeah, but these are vocals of 2 DEAD RAPPERS, and the vocals of both of these tracks are even released.. so Afeni or Puffy won't lose a penny on it.

A-Team ft. 50 Cent - Guns for sale
50 Cent - Guns for sale

Pure theft.. they know that 50 is planning to release it.
This looks like a Shortyo-move to me.. and you can't realisticly say that Biggie or Pac is mad that 50 borrowed their vocals, which 50 by the way BOUGHT from Daz and Who Kid.

How do you know they weren't planning on releasing them?

Didn't one of those tracks get released on that Bad Boys 2 soundtrack tho? I'm sure if it was on a soundtrack, they'd make it legal...

What I'm saying is, the BIGGIE & PAC lyrics are released already, on official PAC & BIGGIE ALBUMS.
Would be like borrowing a verse from "No Limit Top Dogg" on a track today..

Plus Puffy and Afeni  both said it was ok to use the vocals.
