That's rite, if you wanna find out who wrote the tracks, you sometimes gotta analyze the publishing credits, as it doesn't say the names always.
Ex: (The credit says this:)
Ain't nuthin goin on but f***in/Villain Entertainment
Then you know that Mc Ren & Dr.Dre wrote the track, if you know that this is their publishing, but it looks like a mystery if you don't know these.
-
Plus sometimes after the credits, it will say who played what insrtruments on what track. I usually read credits while i'm takin a dump ;D

I bought the DVD packed with the Soundtrack, and I gotta say that this soundtrack is very underrated, there's just a few weak songs on there.
1. Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg "On The Blvd."
Classic shit, didn't know JellyRoll could come THIS nice!
5 of 5
2. Truth Hurts "Benefit Of The Doubt"
Pretty good, but not among my favs
3. D12 "Blow My Buzz"
Dope, but can get irritating
4 of 5
4. Bilal "Bring 2"
Pretty nice
5. Dr. Dre feat. Knoc-Turn'al "Bad Intentions"
Classic shit again.
5 of 5
6. Xzibit "Get Fucked Up With Me"
Xzibit is my fav. rapper, but I aint feeling this track
Got it qualities though
3.5 of 5
7. Yero "My High"
8. Busta Rhymes "Holla"
Classic Dre-shit again, dope chorus and Busta rips it.
9. Bubba Sparxxx "Bubba Talk"
Dope beat, and Bubba is ok
4.5 of 5
10. Shaunta "Good Lovin"
Addictive as fuck, and Shaunta has a funny style.
4.5 of 5
11. Daks feat. RC "Ridin High"
Anthemish, and pretty dope chorus & beat.
Daks is just ok.
4.5 of 5
12. Soopafly "Gotta Get Dis Money"
One of the best Soopa-joints I ever heard.
Sick beat from Soop himself, and pimped in & out.
"Exuse me, where you say you keep your hoes at? Where you get yo clothes at?"
5 of 5
13. OX "Don't Talk Shit"
Skipper, because of the gay DJ.
Ok shit though.
3.5 of 5
14. Toi "Everytime"
15. Knoc-Turn'al "Str8 Westcoast"
Classic track, with nice lyrics.
It's a little to standard for a Dre-beat though.
5 of 5
16. Joe Beast "No"
DOPE beat from Mel-Man, and Joe Beast brings a new style to the table, if nuthin else.
4.5 of 5
17. Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg "The Wash"
Classis Dre/Snoop-collabo again
5 of 5
Total: 4.25 of 5
Some skippers, but many dope joints

what about LaToiya Williams "Everytime" this track is dope and Funky 4/5
-

Mel-Man did "No" for Joe Beast, but I think Dre did "Gangsta"..

On The Boulevard features Jelly Roll and at least one female singer.

On The Blvd. female singer is Mamie Gunn, Jelly Roll's wife
Bad Intentions singers are Barbara Wilson, Diane Gordon, Kathy Merrick & Traci Nelson
