ok since my heads a lil "whoa" right now..thought i'd ask for help.. rofl
have discovered 4 real hangover helpers.. depends how severe tho...
1.. sleep it off...
2.. toast (the carbon does something to help.. they'll feed u carbon if u go into a hospital OD'd on a variety of illegal substances btw.. coz it combats those..)
3.. orange juice (just helps.. must be a vitamin c thing..)
4.. ibuprofen (my drug of choice..lol.. always keep some around these days, stops ya head thumpin)

the best cure is a nice bong rip or another beer. "The great part about alcohol is it is its own cure.
also before you go to bed, have a water chugging contest with your friends. that will help a lot.

Drink water before you go to sleep and maybe take a tylonol. Then in the morning take this (http://www.alka-seltzer.com/asmr/introducing.htm).

I just drink a lot of water & sleep. Works every time. My brother swears by eating a Mickey D's double cheese burger or two right away in the morning. It worked for me also a couple of times, but usually I feel like I don't want to eat anything.

IMO, the only real way to prevent a hangover is not to drink... That's not really an option tho so I'll let you know what works for me.
1.) Vitamin b12 before drinking.
2.) Glass of Water after every shot/drink
3.) Don't have a TUD (totally unnecessary drink) You know the kind, when you're messed up beyond belief and somebody is handing out shots, don't take it.
4.) Drink AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN before bed
5.) Tums/Tylonol/b12 before bed
6.) Wake up in the middle of the night, piss out all the water you drank before bed, and drink some more. (If you drank enough water before bed, you'll have to get up and piss)
7.) If you're still in a bad way in the morning, tums/tylonol again.
That usuaully works for me...
If it dosen't, I like to get a big old greasy burger or breakfast in the morning. It helps keep the stomach calm. I stay away from OJ just because it's so acidic and tends to not calm the stomach.

drink loads of water before ya go out and then when you get home. Keep drinking water thru the nite.

In the morning, wake up and take a straight shot of some liquor. You'll feel better.

Usually, that's what I do. I just go to work and suffer. It may feel bad, but hey, at least you can. It's actually not that bad once you're up for about 5 hours, anything after that you feel fine.
Then again, I'm not one to wake up and throw up and do all that. I just get the headaches, so maybe I'm not in the same posistion as everyone else.

You laugh, but I guarantee you there are people on here that drink that shit, probably get drunk off like 2 Zima's.
Don't ever drink a Zima, Smirnoff Ice, Mike's hard lemonade, Bacardi silver, or any other girlie ass drink around me, or you'll never hear the end of it.

Me Too, It's rare that I throw up, I usually just get headaches.

If you're driving drunk around the holidayz you might as well get as plastered as you can. Then drive waving a flag out the window, and yelling through a bull horn for them to pull you over. You are straight dumb if you drive drunk during the holidays. Thats when the most DUI's of all year are.

they're also out in force just outside towns + cities as they figure people pissed off by the seasonal traffic will be more likely to speed up once they think they're in the clear.

naw dogg, there is gonna be way more cops out around the holidays looking for DUI's than normal. There was over 400 dui's this Thanksgiving in the bay area. You run way more risk driving drunk around christmas than you do almost any other day of the year besides thanksgiving and new years.

Of course. But, in my area there's tons of racers and car clubs and shit. Cops are always out looking for people to pull over, so it's nothing new.

my best tip to avoid a hangover is:
when you're about to go to bed, eat a couple of slices of bread, and drink a big ass glass of milk, when i do that, i hardly ever get even a small headache.

i wasn't readin in the sun a week or two ago that there is now a pill you can take before drinking which will completly stop a hangover no idea when or where it will be on sale tho.
my "cure" for a hangover is to eat before going to bed its as simple as that, it will stop you waking up starving and will help absorb some of the alcahol, i usually avoid drinking lots of water cos i don't wanna be pissing all the time maybe half a glass b4 bed then keep it by your side for when you wake up with dry mouth.

man, the eating before bed part has to have some truth to it. Cause I get really shitfaced when I drink, and 99% of the time I get really blazed too. At the end of the night I usually get the drunk munchies, so I usually always eat something before bed. And I rarely get hangovers.

yeah.. that makes sense.. last time i wasnt too great after i didnt get food on way home... but I dont always get chance to get food.. if me mate dont wanna get food then its a taxi home.. if i left em and walked back to my house alone i'd wake up in the hospital or not at all.. :(

lol.. depends how late it is... if its normal closing time then its generally ok because theres people about... but my mates is a dj and we're often leaving clubs later when shits died down.. (extra drinks + packin up + waiting to get paid..) its dodgy then.. he's been beat up by gangs on his way home twice in the early hours and my lil sisters boyfriend was beaten up by some drunks xmas eve before last at 6pm at the end of my road...
