I'll take CC Sabathia over him when it counts Spice :D

but Lincy sure does dominate the "junior circuit" aka the NL pretty well   (Not as well as CC did last year tho)

For once I gotta agree with Hack. Lincy is great but the typical NL offense doesn't have the firepower that most AL lineups have, so I think it's a stretch to say he's the best in the game.

easy to say when the "Cheater League" aka the AL has someone hitting for the pitcher every time up... thats bullshit... that like having Kobe shoot free throws for Shaq when they were at hack a Shaq back in the day.
National League is a league that is alot harder to manage and play.

^not for pitchers.

Roy Halladay has to face the Yankees & Redsox (two of the best lineups in baseball) like 2-3 times a year, each.

Lincy faces the Padres & D-Backs. :D

i love the guy, but the AL >>> NL.

add a pitcher & take away a DH to most AL lineups & they are still better.

The talent in the AL is hands down better than the NL, it's pretty much a fact.

THE CHEATER LEAGUE???  lmao

i think EVERYONE involved in the mlb is well aware that the talent in the AL trumps the NL.

and back to CC, dude can go and throw 200 pitches if that's what it takes lol.  no other pitcher in baseball can do that

not debating that the AL tends to be better than the NL but it has alot to do with not having to have your pitcher up there batting 4 times a game... if you watch national league games there is a huge advantage to the AL... when you have bases loaded and your pitcher is up to bat that is when you have to decide to take him out... while in the AL its just another power bat coming up with your pitcher still coming in the next inning... or when you have your pitcher pitching like shit and you want to switch him out but you dont want to do it at that moment because he is coming up in the lineup... so you would rather not waste that at bat with the relief pitcher ... better to do a pinch hit and then switch out the pitcher after... you guys dont have to deal with any of those situations...

tell me how that doesn't give you a HUGE advantage... its cheating in every way.... if you can play (pitch) you should hit... AL is on some Pussy i dont want my pitchers to get hurt or hit... the travesty! they are our babies!

so if Lincecum was traded to the Orioles and had to face Matsui and Ortiz instead of the other teams pitchers, he's also not having it worse?

and i'm meaning the Big Papi we knew from 2004-2008 , not the "big pop up" of 2009

if Ortiz was in the NL, he would be the worst defensive first baseman ever and easily benched....but in the AL he's an MVP candidate 5 years in a row because of his elite hitting prowess.  i'd rather my team have a DH than not...look at how much it benefitted Boston

He's from Bellevue, Washington. Did you know his mom's parents immigrated from the Phillipines, so yeah that makes all the difference
