Come on ! There are good UK Mcs such as AKALA (he will suprise you... don't know why but his music reminds me of Mobb Deep's), Blak Twang, K9, TY and Sway....
Otherwise, the best french bands are IAM (lyrics, like somebody mentioned, are fuckin' dope not to mention the beats... For instance, the unreleased track from Nas "The second coming" is a beat made by IAM), NTM (the most "real" band but they split) and Assassin (controversial and political, very good lyrics)...

Well maybe its a matter of taste. Groups like THC and DHC are the new upcoming acts. Extince is old news. Songs like ''ballen tot we vallen" or "je bakt er niks van" arent your classical hiphop songs. They are more party songs, you know. When you are at a club that shit is definetly bangin. You wont hear extince in a club cuz thats a different type of music. Its just a matter of taste. THC is more popular with foreigners then dutch people. And its the opposite with extince more dutch people listen to them then foreigners.
THC aint pretending to be gangbangers, they just keepin it gangsta. Like almost al rappers do. You dont have to be a gangbanger to keep it gangsta.
I liked postmen back in the day, they used to mix reggae with rap. Sounded real good. But lately i never hear from them, maybe they stop makin music?
But i like american hiphop much more then dutch hiphop.

Deichkind sind scheisse, if you want good german rap, don´t go for Deichkind, better try to get some old Freundeskreis or Creutzfeld & Jakob or some shit...but i don´t like german rap too much in general
France has got the best artists on this continent and also mos def the best production i know in europe...IAM, Manau (not great MC´s but some dope music), Rocca, Saian Super Crew, Scred Connexion, Serum, Ideal J, Booba and a lot of underground talent...
Italian rap is aight, i got to know some local crews when i lived in italy, generally italian rap suffers from bad production though...Bassi Maestro is not bad
i enjoy some spanish rap, too...Club de los Poetas Violentos is nice (EL Meswy & Frank T, two members got some good shit of their own too), also you got Doble V (Violadores del Verso), 7 Notas 7 Colores, El Disop, El Payo Malo and morev that i like...often production is simple too though. BUT IF YOU WANT SOME REEAL DOPE SHIT LISTEN TO "POESIA DIFUSA" BY NACH. Partly French production and a great spanish MC, that album is fuckin amazing

(Although there are others who sell plenty here, I just think they're wack. Some make pretty good beats though.)

theres some new type of spawn too they call it grimey - type of garage /dnb style bass wiht raw edge lyrics (some of this is excellent)

There are some good swedish acts. I'll mention a couple...
Timbuktu - Swedens best rapper in my opinion, Good song concepts. Quite a commercial sound, but he manages to walk that thin line by being commerical and still cool and appealing to the underground listeners.
Some of his singles are: Alla vill till himmelen men ingen vill dö - Everybody wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die
Pendelparanoia - about observations when riding the subway
The Botten is Nådd - about the feelings after a really drunken party night

Promoe - Raps in english. Is part of the collective Loop Troop. His latest album "The Long Distance Runner" was great. Check out at least these songs: These walls don't lie, Long distance runner and Likkle Supm Supm
The Latin Kings - Amongst the pioneers of Swedish hip-hop. These are some songs to check out: Omertá, Cashen dom tas, Mixa Zuten, Mitt kvarter, De e knas, Ainaziz
Petter - Used to be the king of mainstream swedish rap. Got a lot of radiospins. Has done a song with RZA on the "World according to RZA" album. Liked his last album Ronin. The artists and songs I've mentioned are mainly mainstream swedish hip-hop. There's alot more great music like Mat åt Far or Organism 12, but I'm just not that involved in it since I'm more into American hip-hop. I can also recommend french artists MC Solaar (La Belle et le bad boy, Solaar Pleure, Arkansas, Les Colonies) and Stomy Bugsy (Drole de vie). Hope this will give you some new good artists and music to listen to.

Yeah, it's a pretty good album. Surprisingly West Coast influenced for a swedish album. But the west was big when they dropped it in 95, so why not. Their second album also has that west sound to it, plus that song with MC Eiht I mentioned earlier is on it. After that they switched their style though. This is a good thing though since they got better on the album called "The Face". Listen to Bullet and She's a freak from that album. I like this style better, cos if I want west coast music I listen to artists from the west, not people trying to sound west coast.

Here in Germany there are only few rappers you can listen to without gettin' nausea. I like the Berlin stuff more, p.e. Bushido (cheap production and rhymes, dope nevertheless), Kool Savas etc. Azad is also OK, though it's damn hard to understand him.

"Krewcial" is a Belgian lyricist, but I don't think you'll find much about him on the Net...he released a new album about 2 months ago actually. It's called "25/8".

Infinte Mass(Sweden) used to be dope before they started to do the whole rap/rock shit. i´ll see if i can find a couple of joints they did with South Central Cartel and shit. Ken is another swedish rapper that´s kinda hit or miss. i´ll hook up a joint he did with Swift and Proof from D-12.

i enjoy some spanish rap, too...Club de los Poetas Violentos is nice (EL Meswy & Frank T, two members got some good shit of their own too), also you got Doble V (Violadores del Verso), 7 Notas 7 Colores, El Disop, El Payo Malo and morev that i like...often production is simple too though. thanx for the recommendations. I even got "Desde Los Chiqueros", it´s not bad, but not one of my favs in spanish rap either, also, i can´t listen to Zatu´s voice for ages (although he is pretty good). But I might check out some of the shit you mentioned that i haven´t heard yet

Zatu's been changing his voice since "Siempre fuertes" until their brand new album "2005". He is less rugged now, softer. Many people that didn't like his voice then, started liking him since he changed it. You may like "Odisea en el lodo", it's better than "Desde los chiqueros".

7 notas 7 colores, La Mala Rodriguez and Jota Mayuscula (compilation) are dope from Spain for example.
Definitely Infinite Mass from Sweden, but before that terrible album named 1991 that was more like rock album. Before that they have done pretty good albums and Scrappy G from that group has one solo album too.
