What up fam havent signed in here in a few years.
Any newer better quality leaks or releases? Im guessing not. The best one on youtubes still decent at best.
Can somebody also remind me besides the blank track on doggy style whats the history behind that song leaking and being publicly available? I love that song its a shame snoop and dre dont seem to.

I have the one with Gz Up Ho's Down and the Next Episode is listed on the back cover but nowhere to be found on the CD

It was a misprint on the CD. It would have been on a finalised tracklist when it was sent to the printers but removed before the pressings.

Id think if a lot of collectors had it one of them would leak it for attention or attempt at money. I know there have been some attempts to extort people money but still no hq clip or proof any collector has it?

Bomb1st no doubt have it but they're not offering it in their buyers groups yet and so it's not going to leak any time soon.
I'd imagine it will be in their groups at some point but since it's so highly sought after, it's not going to be offered until the well is running dry.

Meh it would be nice to have in good quality so we can have the complete Doggystyle album the way it was made to be, however it's my least favorite track on the album and I can live without it!
But "G'z up Hoes Down" was one of my favorites, If not my favorite track on the album. I had the OG cd since day one when it dropped so it was on the cd.

I understand people lusting after unreleased tracks with new verses (and I am one of those people myself), but can't really understand what's the big hype about stuff that's already out there, albeit in poor quality. I mean....you've already heard it, no? Can anyone explain their point of view?

I think most of us just want a version of Next Episode that's listenable. I don't know about you but I can't just play the version we have and enjoy it because the quality is beyond trash.

Ive had the decent quality mp3 and its makes me want a high quality version I can play loud in the stereo or car and it sound good.
This song theres a huge demand its basically the sequel to nothin but a g thang and I say it lived up to the hype. Og Next Episodes one of my fav tracks by either snoop or dre.

I agree with everything you said except the “decent quality mp3” part. There is nothing decent about the quality and it’s by far one of the worst quality leaks ever.

Thats what I see people usually call that version since its better then older rips but youre right it just leaves you wanting good quality. Not to mention this bitch prob exists mastered up to dre standards since it was on the tracklist.

Nah it wasn't mastered and I'm assuming it also never received a final mixdown, that's why it was cut. The story is that they were under a huge crunch/deadline to get the album finished and sent off to be mastered and they ran out of time while mixing the album so the last song was scrapped. What we have is more than likely a rough mix from the recording session.

Lol, that's just according to me, not forcing it on anyone, Sccit.
There are too many good albums coming out each year for me to be stuck in the past. I don't really play Snoop or DPG like I used to 10-15 years ago. It all sounds very outdated to me for some reason, while I got no issues playing Brotha Lynch or some other artists from the same era....

If/when we ever get a good quality version, I have a feeling it won't be as good as most us expect it to be, but it should be way better than 3/10 lol.
