Title: Bob Gates must not become as Secreatary of Defense
Post by: Mr. O on November 08, 2006, 06:25:21 PM
Have you heard about him being nominated by Bush?  He happened to be serve Bush Senior back then.  His Idealogy is not much different than Rumsfield. He was a part of group that studied Iraq and because he's very conservative and being influnced by bush family, he might become the next Rumsfield.  I got funny feeling about this dude.  It's been said that there's somebody in the dark that's actually controlling Gate.  What ya think?

2 years can make a huge difference, especially for president 2008.

......yeah but if the US leaves Iraq fuck it will be disastrous for US alliances, countrys will drastically change their allegiances, Radical Islam will recieve a shot in its veins, the US will drastically lose military credibility, the war on terror will be lost, the fall out would be huge.

The only rational thing to do is stay and help a corrupt Shiite death squad government run the country, which btw has already privatised it's oil, the country just needs to be chilled out, but this costs dead US personnel.

US is too far gone in Iraq to pull out safely, its a lose/lose situation really.

Well, like you said it's lose/lose situation, right? If we gonna lose either way, why not bring them out? Fuck the allience, what the fuck did the other countries do for us? Why don't Japan fuckin' help us.  Why don't Iraqis fight with us.  Didn't this war start off Terrorist? Then Weapon of Mass Destruction? Then Insurents? Then now...not knowning what we are fighting for?

Why we got to fight for their democracy when they don't want it.  If they want it, let them sort it out.  It's their country, not ours. It's their civil war.

Here's a plan that democratic can use:
1) recruit Immigrants in order for them to be U.S. citizen (must serve 5 years).

2)Bring them out and do some talking.

3) Train Iraqis for 6 months.

4) Recruit Iraqis.

In time, we won't have any military. Have we forgot about N. Korea? And Iran? Including China's interest in Iran's Nuclear?
