Reality is, this poll is an insult to Big Boi but seeing how easily people are swayed record sales and MTV awards people may think TI is better.

Not really a fan of TI. Haven't felt any of his "hits" and they mostly seem to be targeted towards females. He could be a lyricist on the other songs from his albums but I've never been interested enough to check them out.

I'd agree with that second part also. Andre is more like the face of the group and Hey Ya especially took him to a different audience bigger than Big Boi ever got, but Big Boi's Speakerboxxx was ten times better than The Love Below, and since then Big Boi has been the better performer too, both on the Idlewild LP and on subsequent guest features and the new LP.

TI is almost as boring as snoop dogg, but they both make hits for the clubs and 15 year olds with catchy hooks and well produced beats.
Big Boi does all of the above, but with added creativity and story telling. This isn't a worthy question.

Not in defense of T.I., but I can't think of "lyrically murdered" verses from Big Boi.
He's better than T.I., but Big Boi got a great flow, great mic presence, a good voice (no homo); but his lyrics aren't like...among the best.

come on now my equals,i love outkast as a team they better that way,but i understand equals "liking" big more,but better lyrically then 3 staccs? hahahahahaha, lets be honest,i don't give a fucc how that guy dress,that muthafucca is one of the best who ever did this shit, and the love below ain't a rap album but that muthafucca banged, i ain't even need to hear speakerboxx haha,3 staccs can drop 3 verses a year and that alone will make him one of the best rappers of the year, big beats t.i. but not no 3 staccs yell
