I've just learned to deal with them. It's one of these things that most people go thru on a regular basis.

I was in the pub on saturday afternoon and I was still feeling shitty from being out on Thursday night. :-X

Its amazing what the wonders of a greasy fryup in the morning, a couple of tablets of Pro Plus and drinking water throughout the day will do for your hangover. Give it a try.

Also, water plus a kebab or burger of some description before you go to sleep the night before seems to help.

Yeah, you kinda have to force yourself to eat something in the morning, otherwise your stomach still just has a shitload of alcohol and you'll just feel worse as the day goes on because you get the added stomach pain of it not being filled (real scientific that was wasn't it ;D). Capri Suns is a good plan as well, the problem with water is it always still tastes of the alcohol you have in your mouth from the night before, something flavoured does normally help between waters.
