Album of the Year. Not joking. Cam really came back with this one, his last couple tapes have been disappointing.

Yeah, definitely enjoy this style of Cam much more than the other recent shit he's put out with Vado and all that. After one spin there's a good number of nice songs on here.

My chief complaint is that he's just grabbing pre-mixed mp3 copies of beats from whoever and spitting on a cheap mic. If this had the mixing and mastering of a major release we'd be looking at another Purple Haze. The beats are great and he has his usual innovative, arrogant rhymes but the production is suffering so bad.

I agree, this is def low budget.

Interesting thought, never really considered that. At the end of the day though, it's just a mixtape that was released for free to his fans, so I'm definitely happy with it. Obviously you'd hope that he'd go harder on an actual album.

cam should have a bigger budget tho
