its definitely better than the Retsil version thats for sure. U have to be a HARDCORE fan if Soopafly if u think the way they put the retail version is flames. It made good songs seems sub-par to the core

No no, for starters "I Don't Hang" belongs to Warner Bros (I think), was not made for a death row project. Secondly, Monique is a Daz song, it's got two verses from him and only a short Soopafly verse. OG To BG was supposedly a leftover from The Chronic. As was said, Sunday isn't even a Soopafly song.
Also, these songs were supposed to be on his debut album: "Huh What", "Pimp Strut", and "Who's World Is It (Fifty Sac)". I also heard there was a song called "Drug Thing" that might have been intended for the debut album, but i've never heard it before.
So no, sorry, i don't believe for a second this was ever an early version of THE MAN's debut album.

remember the dude who wrote fake tracklist for Dr. Dre projects and etc?
-
I saw the tracklist when Death Row was originally releasing it in 1999-2000. It didn't change one bit when Daz released it, not even the song order. Daz released it exactly as it was supposed to be.
