I do too. The majority of hip-hop fans do which makes me wonder why he's been going down the 50 Cent route trying to create all this controversy and buzz.

yea man. this one and "hip-hop is dead" is bout as controversial u can try and get.

That promotion only works if people buy into it. 50 went to the well too many times with all the beefing. He should have learned a lesson from Eminem when he was dissing all those pop acts and cut that shit out when he was ahead. With Nas I don't mind the title, IF he is going to tackle some social commentary on the album. If the album is on some bling shit and material BS then it is a waste of promo. But if he actually has a message in his rhymes it will serve its purpose.

Probably fake. Every time a Nas album comes out, some bullshit tracklisting will come out before hand.

Yeah but when you look at HHID, he fully backed up his statement numerous times throughout the album. 50 completely talks out of his ass.

you realise no white guy will ever be able to talk about the title of this song....
" Yo did you hear that Nas record"
" Wich one"
" umm the ew one""
"whats it called"
" i cant say man"
-
i could careless about the name....nas makes solid music all the time..the greatest of all time goes to him..the dude likes to stir shit up...
-
Cover looks good and I don't mind the title... I just hope he manages to drop a classic.

Haha maybe that was his purpose..But, nowadays, white people say that shit all the time. All the rappers, comedians, etc., everyone says it now.
-
I think the title should be "Porch monkey" because many American don't realize that it's a racial slur.
I think the tittle is fine and the cover looks hella clean, but will the American retailers accept this CD? I don't believe that Nas will give a shit if Wallmart and CO will be packing this shit in their shelves, but what about Jay-Z? Isn't Nas Jay's bitch right now? Has Jay already given his approval to this tittle? Maybe there's a little hip-hop left in Jay since he made that American Gangster and released the acappella or hip hop geeks.

Yeah, it is real annoying hearing everyone use it, I don't say it, I really try not to swear at all. Imagine if he released an album with this title 10 to 15 years ago, when non-black people weren't really saying it (the ones involved in the hip-hop culture) and nobody was ordering off of the internet. That would have been real awkward, and it still probably will be but not as bad.

Jigga man has _finally_ stepped down from being the HNIC at Def Jam.
-
How could they let him call his album that? I thought some exec would shoot that down.

nice
white people gona be like "huh?"

at some point some white peeps gonna have to say it...even the dude in the shop gonna have to order the shit and say its name
what nas has done is basicly gave evey one permission to say it.....so does nas think that only black people buy his music....where im at theres more whites rockin real hip hop like nas. ect and blacks rockin g unit....
