Howard is the only center in this league who can score 20 points a game, grab a dozen rebounds and win defensive player of the year at the same time. other guys can do one or two of those things but nobody can do all 3. now that Howard's shoulder is healthy he should go back to 20-14 ish stats instead of 17 and 12.

I think they have passed the Spurs (who are old) and the Warriors and Grizzlies as well.

A woman running most things is the ultimate fail. Not being sexist, its the truth. Like my current & past job, choosing to go the cheap way & end up in the toilet >:( And 2 perfect examples. The Rams & the Bears. The male owner drowned[or got murdered] & Georgia continued to run the rams into the ground, drive the fans away into the bandwagons of dallas & frisco. Practically got the team ran outta town. And the Bears Virginia mcCaskey, cheapskate. Also got rid of the care bears[cheerleaders], bears never did anything great since.
BUT....I do feel that Jeannie is the opposite of that. I do feel that she has the brains & know how to run a sports franchise good. The problem with stats is that they dont exist in a vacuum therefore can in fact be misleading.

what opinion of mine about the lakers is retarded, young beibs? i'd like to hear this....any real laker fan would respect me. unfortunately, we dont have many on this site. we got a couple casual basketball fans who like the lakers and thats it. the only real laker fans i can think of are black male, stone cold is bout it bout it, and looney, who rarely even post here. there used to be antonio, relentless, wcsoldier, mr nice guy, lakersfan_89, amongst others, all who respected my opinions, and all who have vanished. this board is ran by laker haters nowadays, and ur posts in here are still way less valued than mine. fall back.

Most likely. The triangle fits Howard's style way better than D'Antoni's system. In fact, the triangle fits the style of everyone on last years roster (except for Nash) better than D'Antoni's system. The reason the Lakers wanted D'Antoni over Phil was over concerns of the triangle not utilizing Nash's strengths. Apparently they thought thier 38 year old PG was more important than their 26 year old franschise player.
