Title: how come when Dubcc loads it goes to the middle of the page?

whenever I go to this website, it always loads in the middle of the page and I have to scroll up to get to West Coast Connection.  it's annoying!

did you set a book mark after you clicked on one of the categories like the connection, socialistic,or skillmatic?
