Title: how do you get over jealousy?
Post by: Don Breezio on February 21, 2004, 08:32:46 PM: my girlfriend is going to go hang out w/ this dude on monday...now i trust her and actually i dont feel jealous...but its not monday yet...and usually i do get very jealous...so just in case...how do you guys handle jealousy?

If your girl wanted to cheat on you, she wouldn't let you know she's going to hang with somebody monday. There's realistically no difference in her having guy friends or meeting some guy on the street, if she was going to cheat, she would. You have to just trust her and take it at face value like that. I used to get really jealous, then realized how unfair and stupid that was. It's really an immature emotion... You also have to realize that the girl is every bit as important as yourself, to herself, at least, and just use the old adage treat her like you would want to be treated. I thought I'd always have a problem with jealousy, but I've completely eradicated it, I don't feel jealous in the least anymore.

maybe not the chicks that uve been through buddy, but u CAN trust some girls out there.. btw, A LOT of guys out there cant be trusted so its just people in general sometimes. ::)

no not really, ive never really been cheated on..maybe once but i didnt think of it as such a big deal because cheating is in our human nature so again- its just people in general but SOME can be trusted
