I started bumping Wiz back in 09, I immediately went back to get all his old stuff as well (prince of the city 1, etc).
Prince of the City 1&2 - sick
Flight School - Was sick
How Fly (with Currensy) - sick
Burn After Rolling - Sick
Kush and OJ - sick
Cabin Fever - pretty good
Deal or No Deal - ok
Rolling Papers - Horrible
Every song released in the last 4 months - horrible
Remember how everyone was shouting Taylor Gang or Die? Lol, where did they all go? The whole fanbase jumped ship after "Roll Up" and now with this simping over Kanye's leftovers.
Im not a bandwagon jumper, I will always give the guy a chance because I bumped Flight School, Burn after Rolling and Kush and OJ non stop for a long time. But I really hope he can turn it around and bring some heat again.

can you remind me of when he was ever actually good?
-
The last couple of songs ("Mary X3" and "My favourite song") are not bad. His new tape can be good.
-
Is this thread for real? You're telling me he has fell off harder than Prodigy, Kurupt, Snoop, Jay-Z etc. These are examples of falling off.
-
Lol, he's never been a good emcee. Just makes chill music.
I don't get the hate for rolling papers. Kush and oj had just as many poppy tracks.

If you're still able to get a deal and release music after 20+ years in the game, Its unlikely that you "fell off".
This guy Wiz has been around for 3 or 4 years. Lets see where hes at in another 10-15.
I used to bump his shit a lot before Rolling Papers came out. He still has a huge following and bigtime mainstream success, so in terms of "falling off", I would say more like hes "made it" and the quality of his music has declined.
-
Wiz is a trend. He'll come & go like Kid Cudi.
-
Wiz Khalfia had a new song at the end of his set at smoke out, sounded like some Kush and OJ type of shit. 8)
-
Rolling Paper was terrible.
-
i like Wiz Khalifa. not talented, but he has great songs

+1

I've bumped both Rolling Papers and Kush and OJ and they're virtually the same album. Same lyrical content, same sound. Wiz has never been any better or worse than he was on Rolling Papers. And considering that's the point he started getting attention I'd say its when he got on, not fell off.

I think the OG poster meant other than west coast though
